As a registered Medical Doctor, General Practitioner and Naturopath; Dr Rachel Wyndham is available for in-person and Skype consultations at Medical on Miami 2125 Gold Coast Hwy Miami Qld 4220 .
Initial consultations are 45 minutes. Follow up consultations are 15-30 minutes.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a detailed history questionnaire; or full health evaluation questionnaires can be completed here.
Before your consult
All new patients are required to bring in a 7 day diet diary, all recent blood test results, x-ray scan reports and notify us of recent specialist visits.
Please bring copies of doctors reports or pathology test results completed over the previous 12 months, you may ask your clinic for copies of recent results, or let our lovely reception staff know and they will ensure these results are ready for your appointment.
New and long consultation appointments (45 mins) are $177. Medicare rebate is $107.15
Follow up extended consultations are $127 (20-30 mins) . Medicare rebate is $72.80
Standard Consultations are $87 (15 mins). Medicare rebate is $37.60
Concession rates apply for children under 16, students, health care card holders and pensioners. Aproximately $20 out of pocket.
Skype consults are privately billed, they do not attract a medicare rebate are are $240 for an initial hour consult and $140 for 30 minute follow up.
Due to limited appointments availability, there will be a $50 cancellation fee if cancelling within 24 hours, or failing to attend. Your credit card details are required at time of booking.
Standard pathology can be bulked billed, functional pathology is not covered by medicare and will be charged to you, if required these costs will be disclosed.
